1. Returns
We accept returns only if:

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation message).
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Note:
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:

The product delivered is wrong, faulty, or damaged.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving it (if eligible).
