Return & Refund Policy – Brands Cove

At Brands Cove, we want you to enjoy a smooth and comfortable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation message).


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Note:
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The product delivered is wrong, faulty, or damaged.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Skincare, personal care, or hygiene items

  • Used fitness accessories

  • Consumable items


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving it (if eligible).
